Elyssian Woman | Womb-Care Tea Blend
Womanhood is demanding. We shape-shift, blossom and fade, over and over again. This herbal infusion blend is formulated to meet the needs of your vessel, to nourish tissue, nervous system, and bone. Brew strong and drink often to help fill nutritional gaps.
Other potential benefits (with regular use): increased hair and nail growth, better hydration, improved skin tone & complexion, more stable moods overall, improved sleeping patterns, fewer allergies.
Use this tea in any way you like. Brew it gently (steeping for 15 minutes) for an enjoyable cup of tea that helps reduce PMS symptoms (herbs can then be brewed a second and third time). Brew it strong (steeping for anywhere from 45 minutes to overnight) as a reproductive system tonic. Simmer it gently on the stove and pour into a bath to nourish yourself from the outside in. Steep 1/4 c of the blend in 6 cups of water and use it as a V-Steam.
Organic Ingredients: HIbiscus Blossom*, Amla Berry, Ashwagandha Root**, Stinging Nettle Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf
*Hibiscus Blossom is intercropped with peanuts. This is done industry-wide. They are harvested by the same machines, and it is possible that bits of shell fragments may end up in the final hibiscus product. Those with extreme peanut allergies should therefore avoid Hibiscus containing products.
**Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb. Those with auto-immune disorders may find that ashwagandha can stimulate a flare, and should use caution with all herbal remedies. Go slowly with introducing new ones, watching for signs of intolerance.
Elyssa brews this tea strong and takes it with a generous dollop of honey. If the flavor is too strong, dilute and sip over the course of the day.
Properties of this herbal blend: Restorative, Cooling, Astringent, Nutritive, Toning to Uterus & Kidneys, Toning to Connective Tissue
These herbs are generally considered safe. Those with allergies or extreme immune dysfunction should exercise caution with all herbal remedies and go slowly, taking great care to watch should symptoms of a flare arise.
Consult with a qualified medical professional before using herbs if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
